    NT50 has dynamic battery checking mechanism, when the battery level is low, if you set video length to 10s or longer, the camera may take 3-5s video only, this is more often in the night since LEDs take more power and drop the voltage. In this case, the camera detect low threshold voltage, it will stop shooting and save whatever has been recorded. This is normal. Sometimes, you will see the camera takes short video in the night, then take 10s video again during day since it takes less power. Photos do not have this problem in general.
