Payment Terms
All new account will be set up at prepaid payment method. Net 7/ Net 15/ Net 30 will be available after credit account set up upon request.

Pricing Policy
All our dealers are required to follow our MAP (Minimum Advertising Price). Dealer account that fails to maintain appropriate price level will be suspended.

Shipping
Shipping charge will be calculated and added to your order.
Please email sales@huntingcamonline.com for drop shipping freight chart. The information will only be available after approval of dealer account. The shipping quotation in the chart doesn't include insurance.
If you need to buy insurance, please let your sales associate know. If you don't choose to buy shipment insurance, HCO will be released from any damage, lost by carrier as soon as the package is picked up by carrier.

Shipping Time
In stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days by UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you require expedited shipping, please communicate with your sales representative, who will find the best shipping method to ensure your shipment arrives on time. For shipping time on Custom Orders, please speak with our customer service representative.

Claims
All claims involving a shipment must be filed within 7 days of receipt of that shipment.

Discount
Please email sales@huntingcamonline.com for your discounted price. The information will only be available after approval of dealer account.

Return or Exchange Policy
There're no refunds on whole sale orders. All sales are final. Only exchange or repair will be issued. You can cancel your order if your order hasn't been sent out and you will get a full refund.
